旅行社发展与旅游高职教育产学结合模式探讨

The Disccussion on the Mode of Produce and Study Combinization of the Development of Travel Angency and High Vocational Education

产学结合办学模式是培养高等技术专门人才的基本途径。改革旅游人员的培养模式,提高旅行社人员素质,是重庆市旅游业发展的关键。笔者结合近年来从事高等职业教育实践,从分析重庆市旅游发展现状及国际技术人才培养模式入手,探讨重庆市旅行社人才的产学结合培养途径。

The mode of running a school to combine produce and study is a basic way to train the high technological specialized personnel. It is the key of development of tourist industry of Chongqing to reform travel personnel's cultivation mode and improve personnel's quality in the travel agency. According to the gist of 2000 a document of number (2)from of China Ministry of Education sums up practices engaged in high vocational education in recent years, the authores analyze the current situation of the development of tourism in Chongqing and international technological personnel training mode in order to probe into the production and study combination for training talents in travel agency of Chongqing.
