河北省城市用水的健康循环与需求管理

Healthy Cycle of Municipal Use of Water and Water Demand Management in Hebei Province

分析了河北省城市用水、供水历年统计数据,结果表明,实施需水管理不仅可以减少水的社会循环规模,而且可以合理地预测未来城市用水需求,指导政府科学决策水工业设施政策;在河北省完全可取缔自备水井,这不仅有利于发挥公共供水企业规模效益,而且有利于实现水资源的持续开发利用。

The statistical data on Hebei Provincial water use and water supply in past years were analyzed.The result shows that implementation of water demand management can not only reduce the social cycle scale of water,but also reasonably forecast the urban water demand in future,so as to give instruction to the government in making decision on the policy of water industrial facilities.Ban of self-served water well is beneficial both to giving play to the benefits of public water supply industries and achieving sustainable exploitation of water resources.
