摘要
采用最优化理论对连杆进行了有限元的优化设计。通过优化设计,连杆在强度和刚度都满足设计要求的情况下,其质量比原来连杆质量有了很大的减少,其中强度较大部位的金属被自动减少,而强度较小部分的金属被自动增强,并且应力分布也比较合理。
The paper designs connecting rod optimistically with the finite element.Under the satisfaction of the intensity and rigidity which the design demands,the mass of conecting rod of optimizing design is much less than that of old one,and metal where there is great intensity decreases automatically and metal where there is less intensity increases automatically with reasonable stress distribution.
