PCI 9052 is a slave mode interface chip and complies with PCI protocol, which can implement smooth conversion from ISA bus to PCI bus.This paper mainly addresses the application development process of PCI9052 under the ISA mode.Based on a concrete example,we describe the details about how to convert ISA bus card to PCI bus card,including the hardware design,the EEPROM configuration,the circuit board testing, and the driver programming.
