摘要
利用差热分析仪和X射线衍射仪研究了非晶合金Co72 5Fe1 5Mn4Si5B17的晶化行为。结果表明 ,该非晶合金有两个晶化阶段 ,第一阶段的起始晶化温度为 4 19 0℃ ,峰值温度为 4 31 4℃ ,第二阶段的峰值温度为 5 83 6℃。在 4 30~ 4 90℃间退火 30min后 ,析出Co的立方相 ;在 5 5 0~ 6 0 0℃之间退火 30min ,晶化相为Co的立方相、Co3 B、Co2 B、FeSi2 和Mn3 Co7。
The crystallization behavior of Co 72.5Fe 1.5Mn Si 5B 17 amorphous alloy was investigated by the differential calorimeter and X-ray diffractometer analytical instruments.The results show that the alloy has two stages of crystallization.The onset temperature of the first stage is at 419.0℃ and crystallization peak temperature is at 431.4℃.The second crystallization peak temperature is at 583.6℃.The cubic Co phase is precipitated in the sample annealing in the temperature range of 430~490℃ for 30min.When in temperature range of 550~600℃,the crystalline phases such as cubic Co phase and Co 3B,Co 2B,FeSi 2 and Mn 3Co 7 are formed.
