摘要
对硬质低发泡聚氯乙烯 (PVC)板材的挤出工艺进行了研究。结果表明 ,板材密度先随复合发泡剂 (AC/Na2 CO3 )用量的增加而减小 ,当用量大于约 0 .8份时 ,板材密度随发泡剂用量的增加而增大。当发泡调节剂和成核剂的用量分别为 8份和 5份时 ,板材能形成优良的泡孔结构。螺杆转速为 38~ 4 2r/min、口模温度为 180~ 190℃时 ,板材密度较小。
The extrusion process of the rigid low-foamed poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) sheet was studied. The results showed that the sheet density decreased with the increase of blowing agent (AC/Na 2CO 3) content, however, the foam density increased with the increase of blowing agent after the blowing agent reached about 0.8 phr. The sheet possessed excellent cell structure when the contents of foaming telogen and nucleator were 8 phr and 5 phr respectively. The density was low at the screw speed within 38~42 r/min and the extrusion temperature between 180℃ and 190℃.
