介绍了日本某水泥厂采用非催化选择还原法降低NOx排放的应用实例。该工厂使用尿素作为还原剂,向分解炉内连续加入。介绍了其工艺流程、设备规格及运行参数。该厂应用结果表明,随着尿素添加量的增加,NOx的排放量几乎呈线性减少;增加尿素添加量,可以将NOx的排放量减少到一个很低的水平。
The application case about non-catalytic and selected deoxidizing method adapted in a Japanese cement plant to reduce the NOx discharge was introduced. The plant added carbamide as reducer into calciner continuously. The process flow, device specification and running parameter was presented. The application results of the plant showed that the NOx discharge reduced close to a linearity relation as the addition of carbamide increased, and thus to satisfy the environment protective requirement.
