Based on the quality of molten steel, technological operation and the structure of mould, the factors than effect the service-life of the copper tube spraying mould in the No. 1 Steelmaking Plant of Auyang Iron & Steel Co. technological measures are taken, the average service-life of the copper tube has come up to above 1000t.
