改革开放以来,我国的社会经济得到了迅速的发展,随之而来的是水环境污染严重,生态环境遭到破坏。本文综合论述了我国的水环境问题,及其与社会经济可持续发展的关系,说明了水环境的污染和破坏是当今的主要环境问题之一,要保护水环境使其符合社会经济的可持续发展战略。

Society economy in China is development quickly since reforming ,but water environment is polluted seriously ,and ecological balance is destroyed .The relations of water environment questions and society economy continuous development are discussed comprehensively.
