Signal Error Pattern Test of Communication Channels in Industrial Control Systems

介绍了工业实时应用环境下的信道差错图样测试。测试装置使用了原控制系统的通信卡 ,但跳接了部分与测试无关的电路。由于消息传输的数据单元采用曼彻斯特编码 ,因此记录差错图样使用了特殊的m、n序列格式。文中较为详细地介绍了测试硬件电路。

The channel signal error pattern test of industrial control systems is described,the circuit block diagram of the test device which uses the communication cards of the original control system is presented,but part of its circuits irrelevant to the test is modified.The principle of recording error patterns is also described,special m and n sequences are used in the test to record the error patterns of the Manchester coded test data.
