ACTIVATING PUBLIC EXISTING HOUSES TO PROMOTE HOUSING SYSTEM REFORM

十年房改取得了显著的成绩，但要继续深化房改则需要有关键性突破，盘活存量公房便是重要的内容之一．论述了盘活存量公房的重要意义和可行性，并提出了盘活存量公房的一些建议．

Housing system reform has made considerable headway, but a critical breakthrough in some aspects is necessary to further this reform. One of the important works is to activate the public existing houses. The importance and feasibility of activating public existing houses is discussed, and some proposals are suggested in this paper.
