本文详细讨论了Karen．and．Beyer．等人在需求分析阶段对数据采集的方法，设计过程的技术以及项目组织的管理，指出开发人员在需求分析阶段应特别考虑人的因素．
In this paper we diseuss the requirement gathering methods and design programme'sthchnology and management in software develepment. And we point it is very forant to cousider hu-man factor at the creating the peoducts customers demand .
