But the most concerned problem is how the economy of its structure is. Through analyzing economy of the high-stroey dwelling houses of small type of steel or reinforced concrete structure, the conclusion shows that the high-stroey dwelling houses of small type of steel structure has superior over that of reinforced concrete structure not only in cost but also in comprehensive benefit.
