絮凝剂在盐结晶中的应用研究

Application Study of Flocculant in NaCl Crystallization

对氯碱工业中 NaCl 结晶颗粒过细的问题进行了分析，提出了应用絮凝剂来去除细小晶体的方法，结合氯碱工业的工艺特性，从理论上论证了絮凝剂利用的可行性，并有针对性地做了实验室小试，分析实验结果，探讨了絮凝剂在氯碱工业中的应用前景。

Problems of small size crystal in chlor-alkali industry are analyzed in the paper.A method using flocculants to remove smallsize crystal is suggested.In the study,the feasibility of using flocculants is demonstrated in theory according to the characters of chlor-alkali industry and correlative experimentation is carried out.Through analysis of the experiment results,the future of flocculants to beused in chlor-alkali industry is discussed.
