摘要
大学生心理危机已成为高校管理的一大隐患,危机干预虽倍受重视但效果不佳。究其主要原因,目前高校采用的危机干预体系尚不成熟。作者在多年从事高校心理健康教育的经验基础上,结合国际国内危机干预的理论与实践,构建了一种班级层面的危机干预体系。该体系为高校危机干预工作的实施走向制度化、常规化和科学化创造了一种雏形,并提出了在班级层面可操作性强的一系列危机干预策略。
College students' mental crisis is becoming one of the hidden dangers for college administra-tion.Although more and more emphasis has been put on crisis intervention,yet little effect has beenachieved for the reason that,at present,no mature crisis intervention system has been adopted at col-leges.On the basis of many years' college mental health education experiences and with an explorationof crisis intervention theories and practices both at home and abroad,the author of this paper pointsout that a kind of class-based crisis intervention system should be constructed,for this system canhelp make college crisis intervention work more institutional,regular and scientific.The author alsoputs forward a series of feasible class-based crisis intervention strategies.
