摘要
用MATLAB软件模拟了二阶和三阶非线性二波导耦合器的开关特性,列出了相关源程序,并比较了两者的开关特性,可为设计波导耦合器光开关提供一种实用的研究手段.
Computer simulation by software MATLAB to switching characteristics in the nonlinear two guide couplers, including second-order and third-order non-linearity, is introduced. The relating programs are provided, and their switching characteristics is analyzed and compared. This practical researching method is valuable for designing optical switches in the nonlinear wave-guide couplers.
