摘要
通过对实验雌鼠子宫、免疫器官脏器指数、阴道角化细胞发生率的检测,发现蓖麻蚕(PhilosamiacynthiaDonovan)各种醇提物(EEFM)在0.8g/kg的剂量下对实验鼠雌激素活性均达到极显著;各种醇提物对实验鼠免疫器官无显著影响(DES组显著降低实验鼠胸腺重量).各种醇提物雌激素活性相互比较结果表明:蓖麻蚕80%的醇提物(EEFM3)为蓖麻蚕醇提物雌激素样活性最佳部位.利用蓖麻蚕醇提最佳活性部位EEFM3与临床上常用的几种雌激素:E2(雌二醇)、DES(乙稀雌酚)、CEE(孕马结合雌激素)进行比较雌激素活性研究,结果表明:EEFM3在0.8g/kg的剂量下,其雌激素活性接近于雌E2与CEE(0.085×10-3g/kg),并显著增大了实验幼鼠胸腺指数.实验结果表明EEFM3对实验鼠具有显著的雌激素效应,有可能成为雌激素替代疗法(ERT)潜在药源物质.
It was found that all kinds of ethanol extractions of female moths (EEFM) had significant estrogenic effect on subject mice at the dose of 0.8g/kg by testing the coefficient of uterus, immune organs, and the keratinization rates of vagina epithelia. All extractions had no negative effect on immune organs while diethylstilbestrol obviously decreased the weight of thymus. The comparison among all the ethanol extractions revealed that the extraction with 80% ethanol (EEFM3) has the most remarkable estrogenic effect of all the ethanol extractions.The estrogenic activity of the 80% ethanol extraction (EEFM3) compared with other common clinical estrogens such as estradiol, diethylstilbestrol, CEE, and so on were studied. The result indicated that the estrogenic activity of EEFM3 at 0.8g/kg was close to those of estradiol and CEE at 0.085×10^(-3)g/kg and that EEFM3 clearly increased the thymus coefficients of subject mice. According to this research, It was concluded that EEFM3 had significant estrogenic effect on subject mice and showed no harm to immune organs, which may imply a potential drug for estrogen replacement therapy (ERT).
