The essay begins with several perspectives that may help observe the U.S.strategy on foreign affairs in the second term of the Bush Administration.Based on a review of the U.S.foreign strategy in the first term of the Bush Administration,the essay makes a tentative analysis of the development trend of the U.S.global strategy and its China policy in the President Bush's second term,accordingly arriving at the conclusion that the continuation and greater promotion of the first term foreign strategies will feature the Bush's foreign strategy in the second term,only with some slight differences in the specific measures and tactics for pursuing the same goals.
