摘要
为研究肌瘤消颗粒 (主药 :白毛夏枯草、白英、琥珀等 )对免疫功能的影响 ,正常昆明小鼠灌喂高、中、低不同剂量的肌瘤消颗粒溶液 ,30d后测定各组小鼠的免疫指标 ,并与灌喂桂枝茯苓胶囊者比较。结果 :肌瘤颗粒有明显的碳粒廓清作用和提高小鼠体内的抗体积数 ,而桂枝茯苓胶囊没有此类作用。提示肌瘤消颗粒对小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫均有增强作用。
To study the effects of “Jiliuxiao Granule” on immunity, mice were respectively given high-dosage, moderate-dosage and low-dosage “Jiliuxiao Granule”, and the mice's immunity was assayed 30 days later; moreover, the immunity of mice given “Guizhi Fuling Capsule” was assayed as control. Results: The Granule had the action of clearing carbon grains and increasing the antibody inside the mice. It is revealed that this Granule can enhance the cellular and humoral immunity.
