摘要
为观察儿肤康搽剂对小鼠迟发型超敏反应 (DTH)的影响并探讨其作用机制 ,采用 2、4 二硝基氯苯 (DNCB)腹部致敏及皮下探针巴豆油耳部致敏 ,磷酸组织胺足背致敏的方法建立DTH动物模型 ,观察耳部肿胀、胸腺指数、脾指数及致痒阈。结果 :儿肤康搽剂能明显抑制DNCB诱导的小鼠DTH(P <0 0 1 ) ,抑制巴豆油致耳肿胀及降低致痒阈 (P <0 0 1 )。提示儿肤康搽剂有抑制小鼠DTH的作用 ,能抑制巴豆油致敏、磷酸组织胺的产生。
To investigate the effects of “Erfukang Liniment” on mouse's delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) and its mechanism, the mice were modeled to be of hypersensitivity by DNCB at abdomen, crotonic oil at auricle and phosphate histamine at foot dorsum. The auricular swelling, thymus index and itch threshold were detected. Results: “Erfukang Liniment” could obviously inhibit DTH and auricular swelling and reduce itch threshold (P<0.01). It is indicated that this Liniment can inhibit the production of phosphate histamine eventually to suppress DTH.
