摘要
介绍了一种高精度的温度采集系统的结构及工作原理。提出了基于DSP的数字式热电偶的非线性处理方法及冷端温度补偿方法 ,提高了测量精度 。
The principle and structural of a high precision temperature acquisition system is introduced. The method of DSP-based compensation for cold terminal is presented as well as the method of nonlinear processing.Thus the measuring accuracy is improved meanwhile the cost is decreased.
