摘要
回顾了50年来广西水利水电勘测设计队伍建设发展、水利水电规划工作开展、水利勘测设计技术进步与发展情况,以及水行政主管部门对水利水电规划设计成果的技术审查及变革,并对当前水利建设前期工作存在的问题进行分析并提出一些解决措施和建议。
A review is made on the organization and growth of Guangxi water conservancy and hydropower investigation and design team in the last 50 years, planning of water conservancy and hydropower, investigation and design technical advance and development, change of technical examination of administration offices on planning and design results. Based on the analysis of problems existing in the preparation work of water conservancy construction project, countermeasures and proposals are put forward.
