Review and expectation of water and soil conservation in Guangxi

简要回顾了广西水土保持工作50年来的情况,重点介绍了《水土保持法》颁布实施13年来我区水土保持工作所取得的成绩及存在的问题,提出了今后工作要理清一个思路,构筑两大网络,突出三大重点,主攻四大难点,打造四大亮点的总体设想。

A review is made on the general condition of water and soil conservation of Guangxi in the last 50 years. Emphasis is put on the achievements made and existing problems since the Water and Soil Conservation Law was put into effect and implemented 13 years ago. A general plan for future work is put forward, including clear up a train of thoughts, build two networks, lay stress on three emphases, give priority to resolve four difficulties, foster four highlights.
