摘要
总结50年来,特别是改革开放以来,广西大力开发农村水电,积极建设农村电气化县的主要经验。提出"十五"、"十一五"期间,加快中小水电站及其配套电网的建设,搞好小水电代燃料试点工程的一些措施。
The authors summarize the major experience in rural hydropower development and electrification county construction in Guangxi in the last 50 years, especially after reform and opening. Some measures are put forward for accelerating construction of medium- and mall-size hydropower plants and necessary electric network, as well as experimental projects for substituting fuel by electricity from small-size hydropower plant in the 10th and 11th 5-year plan periods.
