碘-乙醇分离钒钛高炉渣中金属铁的研究 被引量:2

Research on Separating Metallic Iron from Vanadium and Titanium Containing Blast Furnace Slag with Iodine-Alcohol Dissolution

摘要 研究和提出了以碘-乙醇为试剂分离金属铁,EDTA络合滴定法测定钒钛高炉渣中金属铁的新方法。所用方法简单、快速,操作易行,试剂无毒,分析结果重现性好,平均回收率达99 55%,平均标准偏差为0 02%,准确度较高,适合于钒钛高炉渣、普通炉渣中金属铁的工业分析。 A new method of EDTA complex titration method has been developed to substitute the potassium bi-chromate method for determination of metallic iron in V-Ti bearing blast-furnace slag.In this method,the iodine-alcohol solution is used to separate metallic iron from slag.This method is simple,rapidand and non-toxic in operation.It shows good repeatability of results with average error of 0.02% and average recovery of 99.55%.Therefore,it is suitable for industrial analysis of metallic iron in V-Ti bearing blast-furnace slag and common slag.
