摘要
本文介绍了常压催化胺化法制备脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚叔胺的工艺路线及催化剂的筛选;并对产品进行了定性分析与定量分析。结果表明,催化剂的选择性高于97%,产率在94%以上。
Abstract: A Process is discribed for selectively preparing alkoxylated tertiry amine compounds at ambient pressure by reacting an alkoxylated alcohol with a secondary amine in the presence of a reductive amination catalyst.The selectivity of the catalyst is above 97%,the productivity is above 94%.
