摘要
修饰SOD已广泛用于化妆品和食品,但其活性测定方法目前国内尚无统一标准。由于酶表面修饰对酶活性测定有影响,本文报道了一种简便、快速的修饰SOD的测定方法。该法不仅准确而且实用。
Abstract: Modified SOD has widely used in cosmetics and foods but there is not yet a criterion for its enzymatic determination in China. Since surface modification of enzyem is affected on the determination of enzymatic activify,a simple and rapid method for the assy of modified SOD is described ,this method is not only accurate, but also practical.
