摘要
本文以单离长链脂肪酸(C12、C14、C16和C18脂肪酸)为原样,采用无溶剂法(Hell-Volhard-Zelin-sky反应)和溶剂法(酸催化α-溴代反应)两种方法制备了α-溴代长链脂肪酸。测定结果表明转化率均大于80%。
