肺癌舒颗粒剂对小鼠Lewis肺癌的作用机理研究

Effects of FEI - AI - SHU particles on Lewis lung cancer in EAC mice

通过动物实验观察中药复方肺癌煎剂对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠体重、瘤重、血清TNF-α含量,探讨肺癌舒颗粒剂对肿瘤的作用机理。目的:研究中药复方肺癌舒对小鼠Lewis肺癌的影响,探讨其作用的部分机理。方法:以C57／BL近交系Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠为模型,观察肺癌舒对肿瘤生长情况和动物机体免疫功能的作用。结果:中药复方肺癌舒可增加体重,抑制肿瘤组织生长,提高荷瘤小鼠血清TNF-α水平。结论:肺癌舒可能通过抑制癌细胞增殖及转移,增强机体免疫力等机制抑制肿瘤。

Objective: To study the effects of Fei Ai Shu on mice implanted Lewis lung carcinoma; explain the rapeutic mechanism of the complex prescription. Methods : C57/BL inbred mice implanted Lewis lung carcinoma were used as model, to observe the influence of Fei Ai Shu on tumor growth and the host's immune responses. Result : Fei Ai Shu can increase weight, inhibit cell replication, promote TNF - α level, induce apoptosis of tumor cell. Conclusion : Fei Ai Shu has some effect on lung cancer. The mechanism may be related to the inhibiting tumor metastasis and cells' division, activating immune function.
