摘要
目的:探讨纯中药制剂僵知饮对实验性糖尿病的治疗作用.方法:采用静脉注射四氧嘧啶诱导家兔及大鼠化学性糖尿病,观察僵知饮对动物血糖、血脂和氧自由基的影响,以期治疗实验性糖尿病.结果:与模型组比较,僵知饮组空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)均显著降低(P<0.05~0.01),而全血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显升高(P<0.01).提示僵知饮治疗实验动物化学性糖尿病不仅降糖效果优于甲苯磺丁脲(D860),且有降血脂、改善氧自由基代谢紊乱等多方面的药理活性,从而有助于防治糖尿病的并发症.结论:僵知饮对实验性糖尿病具有降低血糖、血脂,改善氧自由基代谢紊乱的作用.
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of the Jiang Zhi Yin on the diabetes. Method: The chemical diabetes rats model was induced by the Alloxan iv. The metabolism of blood sugar, blood lipid and oxygen- derived free radidicals were observed. Result: Compared to the model group, the concentration of the blood sugar, the triglyceride, and lipid perox-idation of the Jiang Zhi Yin group decreased obviously, but the activity of superoxide dismutase increased. Conclusin: The Jiang Zhi Yin could have better effect than tolbutanmide on the chemical diabetes through the decreasing of the blood lipid, improving the metabolism turbulence of oxygen- derived free adidicals, preventing the side effect of diabetes. So Jiang Zhi Yin had an affirmative effect on the diabetes.
