就阴虚与血瘀、养阴和活血的关系,加以探讨。揭示养阴生津法具有"滋而能通"的作用。阴虚是导致血瘀的重要因素,血瘀又可导致并加重阴虚。由阴液亏虚引起的血瘀称之为阴虚血瘀。阴虚血瘀是诸多疾病中尤其是在外感热病与老年疾病过程当中的重要病理变化。通过滋养阴液可以促使血行通畅、瘀血消散。其主要作用机制是养阴行血,增水行舟;消散瘀结,促进血行;濡润脉道,保护血络;滋养脏腑,调节血行,则统摄有权;针对病原,以补药之体为泻药之用。因此,养阴亦是治疗血瘀证的重要治法。

This article is to probe the relation between Yin- deficiency, blood stasis, nourishing yin and removeing blood stasis. The author disclose the therapy of nourishing yinand promoting the production of body fluid holds the fiction of removing blood stasis. Yin - deficiency is the main reason to cause blood stasis and on the contrary, blood stasis can lead to yin- deficiency, which is named 'yin- deficiency and blood stasis', which is the important alteration in many diseases. Nourishing yin can further the fiction of removing blood stasis, which mechanism is nourishing yin and accelerating the blood circle, protecting the vasculature and eliminating pathogenic factors. Nourishing yin is a cardinal treatment for blood stasis.
