气相冷凝器管束失效分析及改进措施

Failure analysis and reform countermeasure on the pipe bundles of exhaust condenser

主要针对PTA装置氧化反应器气相冷凝器管束在运行过程中频繁产生断裂失效,运用检验分析及流体诱导激振机理对列管振动进行了计算分析,得出了影响列管失效的主要因素,并提出了相应的改进措施。

This article aimed at the rapted failure of pipe bundles of exhaust condenser (HE-302) during opration on oxidation reaction of PTA refinery.It showed the main reasons of causing the pipe bundles failure by SEM and the analysis and calculation of the vibration which induced by the fluid,gived some kinds of measures for them.
