Optimization of economic running of public works in PET plant

通过分析公用工程运行的现状,针对公用工程中锅炉、空压机、冷冻站、水处理、空调、生活和办公方面所存在的问题,实施了全方位的技术改造和运行优化。优化方案实施后,能源消耗大幅度下降,设备系统的安全稳定性得到提高,取得了理想的经济效果,实现了公司投资效益的最佳回报。

By analysing the public works running current sitution,in view of the existing problems in boiler,air compressor,refrigeration station,water treatment,air condition,life and office,omnibearing technique modifications and running optimization were carried out.After optimization,the energy consumption was sharply reduced,the safety and stability of the equipment system were increased,the ideal economic results were obtained, the optimum repay of company investment benefit was realized.
