摘要
研究了在PET合成过程中SiO2纳米粉体添加对其纤维碱水解性能的影响。结果表明,添加纳米粉体可促进PET纤维碱水解,并可在纤维表面形成长径比较小且分布均匀的微孔结构,为制备舒适性及易染性聚酯纤维创造了条件。纳米粉体质量分数为1.0%的改性PET纤维的碱减量率与处理时间呈非线性关系。
The effect of SiO_2 nanometer powder additive on PET fiber alkaline hydrolysis properties in its synthesis process was studied.The results showed that by adding nanometer powder,the alkaline hydrolysis of PET fiber can be promoted,the micro-porous structure which with minor L/D and average distrbuted can be formed on the surface of the fiber.These create conditions for preparing the comfortable and dyeable PET fiber.The relation between the alkali mass loss rate of the modified PET fiber which nanometer powder mass fraction is 0.1% and the alkali treatment time shows non-linear.
