摘要 本文通过对YBCO/ZO超导薄膜的SEM、XRD分析 ,得到了晶粒取向与摇摆曲线的关系 ,并从正空间与反空间的关系上阐述了这种联系。 The relationship between grain orientation and rocking curve by SEM and XRD analysis of YBCO/ZO superconductor film was obtained, and the relationship between real space and reciprocal space was discussed.
