摘要 透射电镜观察了斜生栅藻的细胞超微结构。与其它真核细胞一样 ,具有细胞核和各种细胞器 ,包括叶绿体、粗面内质网、高尔基体、线粒体、核糖体、脂肪小滴、液泡、质膜和细胞壁。细胞壁分为含纤维素的内层和含果胶质的外层。叶绿体有双层外膜和平行排列的长片状类囊体 ,无成叠基粒 ,具有一个淀粉核。 The ultrastructure of Scnedesmus obliquus were studied by transmission electron microscope. Like all eukaryotes, the cell of this algae contain a double membrane-bound nuclei plus all of the many organelles, including chloroplasts, endoplasmic reticula, Golgi bodies, microtubules, ribosomes, lipid body, vacuole, plasma membranes and cell walls. The cell walls are composed of an inner layer of cellulose and a thinner outer layer of pectins. The chloroplast has a double membrane-bound envelope, within which are located many disk-shaped thylakoid and a large pyrenoid.
