Optimizing the Structural Distribution of Colleges in Liaoning and Developing Higher Professional Education

本课题是原国家教委九·五重点课题“2 1世纪初我国高等教育发展战略和结构布局”的一部分。主要从我国经济和社会生产技术比较落后的现状来分析发展高等职业技术教育的必要性与可行性。对高工专如何发展高等职业技术教育的有关问题进行了初步探讨。

The paper,falling into the nineth-five major subjects specified by the national educational committee (forme^r) ″the developing strategy and stru^ctural distribution of China′s higher education in early 21st century″,analyzes~ the necessity and feasibility of deveoloping higher professional~ technology education primarily in light of the present relative backwardness of our ~social economy and productive technology,and probes into someproblems concerned~ with the development of higher professional technological education.
