丙型肝炎病毒慢性感染与肝癌相关性研究 被引量：8

摘要 本世纪初病毒学家们就认识到病毒能引起癌症，1911年Rous发现一种滤过性因子能引起鸡的肿瘤，这就是Rous肉瘤病毒(Rous sarcoma virus，RSV)．该病毒为一种RNA逆转录病毒．大约20a后，Shope发现了另一种与肿瘤有关的DNA病毒-兔疣头瘤病毒．但由于缺乏更多的资料说明其他病毒与各种肿瘤之间的关系，尤其缺乏各种人类癌症与病毒相关的资料，致使Rous放弃了他早先开始的病毒与肿瘤关系的研究．
