本文通过测定成品粉活性和含量、水份及料浆活性物含量,准确计算出料浆的浓度。改善对料浆浓度及成品粉活性含量的工艺控制条件,提高洗衣粉的一次合格率。

Abstract:The concentration of the slug was accurately calculated by determining the content of powder active matter, and water,and content of slug active matter. The conditions for process control of slug concentration and content of powder active matter were improved. The first-stage acceptability rate of powder detergent was upturned.
