摘要
本文对棕榈仁油及其他油脂的脂肪酸组成作了较完整的分析。测试结果较为准确可靠,表明采用醇解法(即酯交换)处理油脂取甲酯层进行色谱分析是可行的。
Abstract: This article is related to a complete analysis of fatty acid component for palm kernel oil and other fats and oils . The result is precise and dependable,it also indicates that using ester exchange method to treat fats and oils,the methyl ester iayer is suitable to chromatography analysis.
