水相分散法制备CdTe纳米晶-聚合物复合微球 被引量:3

摘要 在水相中制备了高质量的 CdTe 纳米晶, 并制备了适合微加工的 CdTe 纳米晶-聚合物复合物, 将此复合物溶液分散到快速搅拌的聚乙烯醇(PVA)水溶液中, 除去溶剂, 得到了高荧光强度的微米级复合微球. 利用共聚焦荧光显微镜研究了分散过程中复合物溶液浓度, PVA 浓度及搅拌速度等对微球尺度及形状的影响, 通过调节这些实验条件实现了对复合微球的控制.
