摘要
研究了Mn掺杂对(Na0.5Bi0.5)0.92Ba0.08TiO3系陶瓷介电、压电与铁电性能的影响。X-ray衍射结构分析表明掺杂适量的Mn得到单一的钙钛矿结构,无第二相出现。当添加0.3wt%MnCO3时,介电常数达到1850;矫顽场强Ec降低至3.54kV/mm;压电常数d33达到160×10-12C/N。该材料的温度稳定性也得到改善。
Piezoelectric ceramics(Na 0.5 Bi 0.5 ) 0.92 Ba 0.08 TiO 3 +x wt%MnCO 3 (BNBT -Mn )with x ranging from 0to 1.6were synthesize d by conventional solid state reacti on.The sintered BNBT ceramics doped with proper amount of Mn exhibit a single -phase perovskit e structure.The amount of doped Mn in the ceramics has great inf luence on dielectric constant (ε r ),piezoelectric constants(d 33 )and coercive field(E c ).When 0.3wt%MnCO 3 is added,dielectric constant (ε r ),piezoelectric cons -tants(d 33 )reach the maximum value of 1850and 160×10 -12 C /N respectively.At the same time,coercive field(E c )shows the relative low value,3.54kV/mm together with the improved temperature stability.
