摘要
通过Fe基纳米晶磁芯电感(LN)与由其并联电容构成的LC回路(LCN)的阻抗频谱曲线和磁阻抗曲线的比较分析,发现LCN磁阻抗比值(△Z/Z0)和磁敏线性区间都比LN大得多,LCN存在特征频率:fr0、frhmax、fr,依据特征频率可以确定磁阻抗曲线的形状,实现LCN磁感灵敏度、磁敏线性区间等磁敏特性的有效调控。
Experimental curves of magneto -imp edance for LCN(a LC -circuit contained Fe -based nanocrystalline ribbon)and for LN(a coil contained Fe -based nanocrystalline ribbon)were presented.The curves for LCN were compared with those for LN.It is found that,the mag neto -impedance ratio(△Z /Z 0 )of LCN is higher than that of LN,the li near range of△Z /Z 0 changed is larger for LCN than for LN.In addition,there are ch aracteristic frequencies in the cur ves of magneto -impedance for LCN.According to the characteristic frequencies f r0 ,f rhmax ,f r ,the formation of curves of magneto -impedance for LCN can be deduced,and the magnetic sensitivity of LCN,the linear range of△Z /Z 0 changed can be controlled effectively.
