双波长系数倍率法测定复方苯巴比妥散中二组分的含量

摘要 目的:探讨双波长系数倍率法的改进方法。方法:以标准品对照直接求算混合物中各组分的浓度。从数学推导角度阐述了改进方法的原理,并将此法应用到复方苯巴比妥散的测定。结果:模拟样品的测定有较好准确度和精密度。结论:所提出的改进方法适用于干扰组分有单独吸收峰的双组分混合物的紫外测定。 Objective:To explore a improvement method for dual-wavelength K-ratior spec- trophotometry.Methods.The components concentration of mixture were determined directly with reference materials comparation.The principle of the inprovement method was explained from point of mathematical view.The improvement method was applied to the determination of com- pound powder of phenobarbital.Results:Better of accuracy and precision was obtained form the determination of simulation sample.Conclusion.The improvement method is suitable for the ul- troviolet determination of two component mixtrue which the interfernce component possess a undisturbed absorption peak.
