木竭胶囊中葛根素的含量测定

Determination of Puerarin in Mujie Capsules by HPLC

目的:采用 HPLC 法测定木竭胶囊中葛根素的含量。方法:在 C_(18)柱上以甲醇—水(25∶75)为流动相,用外标法定量。结果:结果表明,葛根素在20.5～123ug 范围内与色谱峰面积呈线性关系;加样回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.427%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可作为本品含量测定方法。

Objective:To determine puerarin content in Mujie Capsules by HPLC.Methods: The determination was performed on C_(18) column with MeOH—H_2O(25:75)as a mobile phase by means of external standard method.Results:There was a linear relationship between puerarin and chromatographical peak area when puerarin concentration was at a range of 20.5μg～123μg.Con- clusion:The method is simple,accurate and sensible,and can be used for quality control of this preparation.
