摘要
目的:高效液相色谱法及高效毛细管电泳法测定黄芩中黄芩苷含量结果的分析比较。方法:高效液相色谱法采用 C_(18)柱,甲醇∶水∶磷酸(60∶40∶0.2)为流动相,检测波长280hm。高效毛细管电泳法采用缓冲液为40mmol/L硼砂缓冲液(pH8.5),75KPa·s 压力进样,17Kv 恒压电泳(25℃),检测波长280nm。结果:通过对两种方法间的系统适用性试验、线性范围、重复性、方法回收率试验的比较研究,证明两种方法测定结果基本一致。结论:两种方法均适合于黄芩含量的测定分析。
Objective.To compare and research the content of Baicalin in Baical Skullcap Root by HPLC and HPCE.Methods:With C_(18) column and Carbinol—water—phosphate(60:40:0.2) as the mobilephase under 280nm wavelength by HPLC.By HPCE,40mmol/L Boron granule buffer (pH8.5),75kpa·s pressure when taking samples,17kv sustained pressure electrophoresis under 280nm wavelength.Results:By comparing and analyzing the results of system fitness test, lineal range,fidelity,method recovery rate test of two methods (HPLC and HPCE),Conclusion: The two methods are all fit to determine the content of Baical Skullcap Root.
