双黄连片的微生物检验方法的研究

Study on Microbial Limit Test for Shuanghuanglian Tablets

目的:消除双黄连片的抑菌性。方法:参照 USP25版和2000年中国药典收载的微生物限度检查方法进行实验。结果:实验显示,薄膜过滤法能有效的消除双黄连片的抑菌作用,使污染的微生物得以生长。该方法回收率为75%。结论:用薄膜过滤法对双黄连片进行微生物限度检查,方法简单易行,检出率高,能较好的对细菌、霉菌和控制菌进行检验。

Object:To eliminate bacteriostasis of shuanghuanglian tablets.Methods:The Method was established based on the Microbial Limit Tests of USP25 and Chp2000.Results:The membrane filtration method can eliminate bacteriostasis of shuanghuang lian tablets.Therefore, the microorganism in the drug can grow well.The recovery was 75%.Conclusion:The membrane filtration method possesses merits of simplicity and high determination rate,which is suitable for control of bacteria,fungi and designated microbial species.
