麻醉性镇痛药应用分析

The Situation of Use of Narcotic an Algesics

目的:评价麻醉性镇痛药应用情况。方法:采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的限定日剂量(DDD),药物利用指数(DUI)、癌痛用药原则,对我院2000～2002年年门诊麻醉处方,进行统计分析。结果:涉及麻醉药三个品种,三种剂型,用药患者分布在7岁～84岁,使用者男性多于女性,所用药品 DUI 均小1.0。结论:麻醉性镇痛药用量明显不足,用法有些欠佳。

Objective:to appraise the use of anaesthetic in my hospital.Methods:To use de- fined daily dose (DDD).drug utilization index(DUI)and the principle of anaesthetic used for re- lieving cancer pain which were recommended by (WHO) to count and analyse the outpatient department's anaesthesia prescriptions in the hospital from 2000 to 2002.Results:Invoves three kinds of anaesthetic and three pharmaceutical types.The patients who use anaesthetic are mainly at the age between 7 and 84.And among them more males use it than females.The DUI of anaes- thetic is smaller than 1.0.Conclusion:The dosage of anaesthetic is not enough and means of using it is mot entirely proper.
