冲击负荷对厌氧折流板反应器运行性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 应用厌氧折流板反应器处理玉米杆纤维浆粕废水,研究了冲击负荷对反应器运行性能的影响。在进水COD浓度为4000mg/L,HRT由40h减少至18h,OLR由2.40kgCOD/m^3·d上升为5.35COD/m^3·d水力负荷冲击下,COD去除率仅由81.9%下降到75.7%;在HRT为24h,进水浓度由4002mg/L上升到6560mg/L,OLR由4.00kgCOD/m^3·d的有机负荷冲击下,COD去除率81.1%下降到75.1%。表明反应器对水力冲击负荷和有机冲击负荷均由较强的适应性和稳定性。 An anaerobic baffled reactor was used to treat cornstalk fibrous pulp wastewater. The effect of shock load on performance of the reactor was studied. It was found that the COD removal efficiency decreased from 81.9% to 75.7% while the COD of the influent was 4000mg/L amd the OLR increased from 2.40kgCOD/m^3·d to 5.35kgCOD/m^3·d (the HRT decreased from 40h to 18h),and under the shock loads of the OLR increased from 4.00 kgCOD/m^3·d to 6.65 kgCOD/m^3·d(theCOD of the influent increased from 4002mg/L to 6560mg/L) at 24h HRT, its COD removal efficiency only decreased from 81.1% to 75.1%. Hence ABR had good stability and adaptation to the hydraulic shock loads and the oranic shock loads.
