The High Speed Data Acquisition System Based on TMS320C6701EVM Board

摘要 论述了C6701EVM板的特点,在分析接口信号特征的基础上提出了设计子板的策略。对高速数采系统中信号完整性问题进行了深入的探讨,并设计了具体的电路。对DMA传输方式进行了改进,结合API函数对系统软件的开发方法作了阐述。最后,给出了ADC性能的评估方法。 The characteristics of C6701EVM board are expounded in the paper. Based upon analyzing interface signal, the strategies of designing daughter board are put forward. The signal integrity in high-speed data acquisition system is discussed thoroughly and the detailed circuit is developed. The DMA mode of data transferring is improved and the programming approach of the system are described combining with API function. Finally, the evaluation method for ADC performance is given.
